Return & Refund Policy

At AVero Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, the following policy applies.

1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned if:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused and in original condition

  • The item includes original packaging and tags

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used or worn products

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Final sale or discounted items (if stated)

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

4. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund

5. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
